We are seeking a dedicated Senior Housing and Welfare Coordinator to join our team at Potter Johnson. As a Specialist Advocate, you will work within a dynamic crisis intervention, advocacy, and service support-based role, providing safe and appropriate accommodation for vulnerable individuals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a caseload of survivors, supporting the duty team on a rota basis, and contributing to reporting and service delivery. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with key partners, including homelessness teams, local authorities, and housing associations.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for training and professional development. If you have over 12 months of experience in a similar role, particularly in domestic violence, criminal justice, law, social work, or a related field, we encourage you to apply.
