Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Night Support Coordinator to join our mental health service in Ealing.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals who require 24/7 support. As a Senior Night Support Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our service users receive the highest level of care and support throughout the night.

The ideal candidate will have up to NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience supporting young people or individuals with mental health challenges. You will be confident in your ability to work proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building supportive relationships with service users and creating a positive atmosphere
  • Working collaboratively with the team to handle the service caseload and administrative tasks
  • Conducting key work sessions as required to achieve Support Plan goals
  • Providing support with daily living activities, including budgeting, cooking, and establishing a nighttime routine
  • Supporting service users to maintain a healthy environment and assisting with cleaning and personal hygiene
  • Assisting with incident reporting and referrals
  • Developing productive relationships with partner organisations to improve service outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Up to NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience supporting young people or individuals with mental health challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Confident in the use of IT systems, including SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite
