Housing Support Worker

Sapphire Independent Housing is a leading provider of supported housing services in London and Hertsmere. We are seeking a Housing Support Worker to join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that involves coordinating resident services and ensuring that they receive the support they need to live independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in supported housing and a thorough understanding of welfare benefits, including housing benefit.
The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to rent arrears and will be able to assist vulnerable people to identify personal goals through proactive and outcome-focused support planning. They will also be able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external agencies.
We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $52,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including interest-free season ticket and bike loan scheme, private health insurance, and life assurance.
