\Job Description
\We are seeking a Housing Support Worker to join our team in London. As a Housing Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support services to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
\Key Responsibilities
\- Providing one-to-one support to customers, helping them to develop life skills and independence.
- Working with customers to identify and achieve their goals, using SMART goal planning techniques.
- Co-producing bespoke support plans with customers, involving key stakeholders as appropriate.
- Organising and carrying out regular planned reviews of support plans, or following an incident/significant change in a customer's circumstances.
Requirements
\- Experience of working with vulnerable adults, including those with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
