Welfare and Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Welfare and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our school community. This role requires a strong understanding of welfare and medical care plans, as well as a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing welfare and medical care plans for students.
  • Providing first aid and managing medical emergencies as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents, medical needs, and support provided.
  • Collaborating with the safeguarding and pastoral teams to create a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Significant experience in a welfare, pastoral, or medical role within an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of first aid and medical care plans.
  • A deep commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all children.
