Office Administrator

Bain and Gray are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team as a Support Coordinator. This exciting opportunity involves providing administrative support to the CEO and other members of the team, while also contributing to the success of the company's office move.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills. They will also be able to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Tasks:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other team members
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Manage diaries and schedules
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Develop and implement administrative processes
