Job Description:

We require an Administrative Assistant with exceptional organizational skills to oversee various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to deadlines. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, meeting arrangements, and travel plans, as well as greeting visitors, setting up workstations, and providing necessary equipment and software for new employees.

This role also entails ensuring that all departments have the necessary supplies, assisting with virtual events and meetings, troubleshooting technical issues, updating IT equipment, and maintaining inventory records. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing health and fire safety procedures and communicating assembly points to team members.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in office coordination or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer hardware and software systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of health and fire safety procedures is preferred
