About the Role:
Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Safeguarding and Pastoral Support Officer to join their team. This individual will play a vital role in promoting students' welfare and care, while building effective liaisons with external services.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead and the Safeguarding Team to ensure the school's high standards are maintained, prioritizing staff well-being and providing a warm and supportive environment for students.
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as the officer will be working closely with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to promote student welfare.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting students' welfare and care
- Building effective liaisons with external services
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
