Salary and Benefits

Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and empathetic individual to manage the welfare, mental health, and overall wellbeing of Key Stage 3-4 students. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising pupils who are granted lesson breaks or removed from class, providing guidance and aiding a smooth return to lessons.
  • Ensuring the seamless operation of the school by organizing morning, afternoon, transition, and break duties.
  • Supporting staff and students by maintaining a high profile within the school, engaging with, and fostering strong relationships with pupils and staff alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents. A passion for supporting vulnerable children and promoting positive behaviour is essential.
