Pastoral Support Assistant - Competitive Daily Pay Rates
GSL Education is recruiting a highly motivated and caring Pastoral Teaching Assistant to join our team in a client school located in Greenwich, London. As a key member of the school community, you will play a vital role in supporting students' social and emotional needs.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and implementation of individual support plans, working closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive school atmosphere, and participating in school events, meetings, and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pastoral support to students, helping them with their social and emotional needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual support plans.

- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people, ideally in a pastoral or support role.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Commitment to promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Above Market Rate Salary: £85 - £100 per day
Please note that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
