Job Summary:
Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Safeguarding Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students within a school setting, while also providing guidance and support to school staff on safeguarding best practices.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective safeguarding policies and procedures
* Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
* Provide training and support to staff on safeguarding best practices
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to student welfare

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a safeguarding or related role
* Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and policies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
