Job Overview
This position involves promoting and safeguarding the health, safety, and emotional well-being of students. As the key contact for students requiring additional pastoral care, you will develop and implement individualized medical care plans for students with specific needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Managing and administering first aid, including responding to emergencies promptly and professionally.
  2. Ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining accurate medical records.
  3. Facilitating well-being workshops or small group interventions to promote resilience and positive mental health.
Working RelationshipsDevelop strong working relationships with staff, students, families, and external agencies to ensure students receive holistic support tailored to their needs.Skills and Qualifications
  1. Recognized first aid qualification and additional training in mental health or safeguarding highly desirable.
  2. Dedicated and empathetic professional with experience in a welfare, pastoral, or medical role, ideally within an educational setting.
