We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Education Welfare Specialist at our prestigious school in Haringey, London. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling attendance policies and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and school guidelines. They will work closely with teachers, counsellors, and school leadership to identify students with poor attendance and develop strategies to improve student engagement and attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement attendance policies that promote positive relationships between students, parents, and staff.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide targeted interventions for students with attendance issues.
  • Monitor and review attendance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
