Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Educational Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the welfare and educational needs of our students are met.

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide a safe and supportive learning environment. Your duties will include assisting with pupil supervision, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and ability to use digital tools
  • Understanding of first aid, health and safety, and safeguarding issues in schools

Estimated Salary: £18,795 - £20,092 per annum
