Job Description
As a SEMH Teaching Assistant at RIBBONS AND REEVES, you will play a vital role in supporting the welfare and wellbeing of our students. You will work closely with our teaching staff and SENCo to provide 1:1 support to pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. This may involve supervising pupils, providing creative techniques and methods to support behaviour and learning, and working alongside teachers to develop individualised learning plans.

You will be responsible for supporting children in a calm and collected manner, using your empathetic nature and communication skills to build strong relationships with pupils and staff alike. Your high profile within the school will enable you to engage with and foster strong relationships with pupils and staff, supporting the overall mission and vision of RIBBONS AND REEVES.
