About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Pareto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software suite and internal processes to effectively communicate its value to customers.
  • Generate demand with customers, producing qualified sales opportunities through outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, emailing, and other channels.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with businesses, mapping out potential business opportunities with fresh prospects.
  • Support and mentor junior sellers on best practice and strategy to ensure seamless sales execution.
  • Manage your leads pipeline and tracking effectively to maximize sales potential.
Requirements
  • 1 year of SDR experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience and confidence using SDR tools, including LinkedIn SalesNav, Cognism, and other relevant sales generation platforms.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capable of working independently and proactively, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability.
