Enterprise Sales Professional

About the Role

Pareto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team as an Enterprise Seller. As an Enterprise Seller, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of our software suite and internal processes, generating demand with customers, and cultivating long-term relationships with businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our software suite and internal processes to effectively communicate its value to customers.
  • Generate demand with customers through various channels, including outbound calling, emailing, and other sales generation platforms.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with businesses, mapping out potential business opportunities and identifying new sales prospects.
  • Support and mentor junior sales team members on best practices and sales strategies.
  • Manage your leads pipeline and tracking effectively to ensure maximum sales potential.

Requirements

  • 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS organization within the service management industry.
  • Experience and confidence using SDR tools, such as LinkedIn SalesNav, Cognism, and other relevant sales generation platforms.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex sales concepts to customers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing sales priorities and deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently and proactively, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability.
