Job Summary:

Pareto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of our software solutions.

About the Role:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our software suite and internal processes
  • Generate demand with customers, producing qualified sales opportunities
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with businesses, mapping out potential business with fresh prospects
  • Book software demonstrations through various channels
  • Support and mentor junior sales professionals on best practice and strategy
  • Manage your leads pipeline and tracking effectively

Requirements:

  • 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS organization within the service management industry
  • Experience and confidence using SDR tools - LinkedIn SalesNav, Cognism, and other relevant sales generation platforms
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills befitting a sales professional
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable working independently and proactively
  • Resilient and highly organized

  • £30k basic salary, with uncapped OTE - your total package in year one forecasted at £50k
