Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager

Join MICHELIN Connected Fleet, a leading provider of connected fleet management services and solutions, as we continue to drive growth and innovation in the mobility technology industry.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the UK, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving business results.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the UK.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, including C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline, and performance metrics to ensure accurate sales projections and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
About You:
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in corporate/enterprise account management within a technology sales organization.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases in the UK.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to think creatively and develop win-win solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
