Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery and Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT service delivery, ensuring compliance with externally validated standards, and project managing ad hoc business projects involving IT providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery Management
    • Manage outstanding tickets/issues from inception through to resolution
    • Monitor and report on SLA performance
    • Communicate with stakeholders within the business
  • Compliance Management
    • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 27001, and Cyber Essentials Plus standards
    • Conduct regular internal reviews and audits
    • Risk assessments and preparing audit reports
  • Project Management
    • Project manage ad hoc business projects involving IT providers
    • Scoping projects and producing business cases
    • Working with providers to ensure live projects are progressing
  • Risk Management
    • Manage and maintain the organisation's risk and disaster recovery and business continuity plans
    • Update the risk register and conduct annual DR tests
  • Asset Management
    • Manage and maintain the organisation's asset register

Requirements

  • Prior Experience
    • At least 2 years' experience in a compliance, service delivery, or IT management role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Technical background and knowledge of IT systems
    • Proven track record in project management and delivery
    • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Salary

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
