Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Delivery Analyst to join our dynamic Service Delivery team within a financial services organisation in Liverpool, UK. This role is crucial in supporting the Service Delivery Manager and IT Support Teams.

This 12-month fixed term contract provides an excellent opportunity for someone to gain experience in report production, IT Change Management, and procurement processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting service delivery teams in recording and managing incidents and service requests.
  • Conducting reviews and implementing service improvement measures.
  • Producing and distributing various IT reports.
  • Collaborating with Configuration, Problem, and Change Management teams.
  • Managing software licenses and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report Production: Produce and distribute regular IT reports to support decision-making.
  • Change Management: Implement and manage IT changes to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Procurement: Manage software licenses and procurement processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Planning Abilities: Strong planning and organisational abilities to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ITSM tools, ITIL, and Power BI.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
