Change Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Delivery Specialist to oversee the delivery of multiple projects within our portfolio of change.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a prominent part in supporting new business and change initiatives for our clients.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience leading or performing a change delivery role.
- Experience working in the financial services industry.
- Proficient in Project Management methodologies including discovery, design, planning, and delivery.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels, including Board level.
Estimated salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete lifecycle of projects, including budget management.
- Oversight and Quality Assurance of all project documentation and artefacts, ensuring they align with Governance and Control requirements.
