Project Delivery Specialist Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Specialist to join our team at Access Talent Group. As a specialist in project delivery, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of multi-disciplinary projects.

Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Your expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership will be essential in delivering successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Conduct regular project progress meetings with stakeholders and team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy or contracting firm.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and control project activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, including NEC3 and JCT.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
