We are seeking a Project Delivery Specialist to join our client's construction team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing resources, and collaborating with the Site Manager to achieve project objectives.

  • Responsible for supervising the delivery of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards
  • Coordinating the movement of materials and equipment to site to meet project timelines
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and policies, including regular risk assessments and hazard reporting
  • Monitoring contractor performance and addressing any issues promptly
  • Developing and implementing project strategies, including budgeting and scheduling, in collaboration with the Site Manager
