We are seeking a highly organised Digital Project Delivery Specialist to support the delivery of a varied project portfolio, taking ownership of delivering new projects for clients. The role involves managing projects, ensuring efficient handover, creating project documentation, communicating project status, and identifying and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Working with a multi-disciplinary team to design, build and test projects
  • Ensuring client aims are achieved through effective communication and project management
  • Triggering invoicing at agreed invoice points and reviewing the quality of work produced

The ideal candidate will have a good degree in a relevant subject, experience with project management tools, and a good understanding of the web development process. They will also possess excellent time management skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

The role requires excellent IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project, as well as an understanding of the web development process, good organisational skills, and a confident user of computers, the internet & apps. Experience with WordPress or another CMS is advantageous, but not essential.
