Senior SEO Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team at Quirky Digital, a leading digital marketing agency based in Liverpool.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of improving online visibility and engaging audiences through cutting-edge SEO strategies.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of SEO to drive the execution of comprehensive search engine optimization campaigns that maximize client rankings and online presence.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Google ranking factors, algorithms, and on-page SEO best practices. Experience with various SEO tools and content management systems is also essential.

About the Role

  • Manage SEO projects from inception to completion, focusing on technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign metrics using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure website infrastructure aligns with SEO best practices and optimize user experience.
  • Lead the growth and development of our SEO team, setting clear goals and benchmarks.

About You

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Previous experience managing an SEO team and driving team growth.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities.
