About the Role

With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment, you will have a deep understanding of organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and project management.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing change management strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
  • Leading stakeholder engagement and communication efforts to ensure successful change adoption.
  • Managing project resources, timelines, and budgets to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives and recommending areas for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in change management, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working with change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
  • Professional certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, ITIL) or equivalent experience.
Our Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
