Pensions Change Manager

We are seeking a Pensions Change Manager to join our team at USS Investment Management Limited. As a key stakeholder, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders. With your expertise in business analysis and problem-solving, you will ensure that business requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities will include working with proposition, product, and business owners to deliver requirements, developing solution designs with internal and external partners, and ensuring that business requirements are quality-assured through the peer group review process. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing high-quality inputs to the USS Design Authority to facilitate effective solution design reviews and approvals.
