Pension Customer Support Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Customer Support Agent to join our team in Liverpool city centre. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to pension account holders with day-to-day queries regarding their accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding their pension accounts, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong customer service background, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid model in place. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme and 30 days' annual leave.
