At Equiniti, we're seeking a skilled Pensions Complaints Resolution Specialist to support our complaints team in providing timely and accurate complaint responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complaints from customers, representatives, actuarial teams, trustees, regulatory bodies, and ombudsmen.
  2. Contribute to the quality and compliance process, ensuring all work meets required standards.
  3. Complete targeted tasks efficiently, achieving high accuracy levels.
  4. Work effectively in teams, providing support to colleagues.
  5. Communicate professionally in both written and oral formats.
  6. Identify personal development needs.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in complaint handling.
  2. Numeracy, articulacy, attention to detail, and ability to present complex information clearly.
  3. Knowledge of stakeholder groups and external organisations.
  4. Analytical thinking with an enquiring mind.

Desirable:

  1. Pensions administration experience.
  2. Working knowledge of pensions software.
