We are seeking a highly skilled Account Servicing Advisor to join our team at The Riverside Group. As an Account Servicing Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Ownership customers across the London region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a customer-focused management service to all Home Ownership customers
- Ensure contractual obligations as defined in individual leases and tenancy agreements are conducted in line with legislative requirements and compliance standards
- Manage customer complaints in line with the agreed process via the groups Complaint Dispute Resolution Team
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior colleagues and third parties, to ensure the delivery of the Group's Home Ownership Strategy.
We offer a competitive salary of £33,487 per annum (£36,850 after 12 months), plus flexible working options and a supportive work environment.
