About the Role

The Pensions Administrator - Equity Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the management of pensions and equity operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely processing of pensions and equity-related tasks. The individual will also provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process pensions and equity-related transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, or administration).
  • Proven experience in pensions or equity administration.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
