Pension Fund Administrator

We are seeking a Pension Fund Administrator to join our team at Search in Liverpool City Centre. This role offers the opportunity to take the next step in your pensions administration career, where you can build on your technical knowledge and self-develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer tasks throughout the department efficiently and accurately.
- Contact customers via written and verbal correspondence to ensure a smooth process.
- Work within set regulations, meeting SLA and KPI's.
- Enter data following GDPR regulations and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with financial institutions.
- Respond to private clients and financial counterparties via email and phone, following a clear and distinctive procedure for financial movements.
- Work with multiple systems and manage a large number of financial transactions.
- Assist with ad-hoc and scheduled tasks, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a pensions administration role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workloads.
- Able to follow processes and procedures in a compliant manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and confident telephone manner.
