Pensions Administrator

Main Purpose of Job
Equiniti is seeking a skilled Pensions Administrator to join our fast-growing Pensions Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administration services to clients, maintaining accurate and compliant pension records, and resolving customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administration services to clients as per Service Level Agreement
- Maintain up-to-date filing and records for the department, ensuring the integrity of customer data
- Process a wide range of routine and non-routine documentation within defined procedures
- Resolve customer enquiries based on competent working knowledge of customer requirements
- Draft non-standard correspondence in response to customer enquiries
- Input customer details and access customer information
- Collate and analyse data to produce routine reports, schedules, and summaries to update customer records and resolve customer queries
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and customer service
Requirements
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Good written and communication skills
- Ability to develop working relationships
- Ability to work within laid-down processes and procedures
- Basic financial awareness
- Previous experience in a financial/pensions environment is desirable
- Working to SLAs
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Proven track record of quality, timely delivery
- Computer literate with a willingness to learn a variety of systems
