Role Summary

MyCSP is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic telephony-based Pension Administration team. Based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, we are a well-established pension administrator with over 1.5 million customers across the UK.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and are now hiring for a role that will be the first point of contact for our callers. Discussing everything from joining the pension scheme to retirement and beyond, you will be the face of our company and play a vital role in providing a first-class service to our members.

Full training will be provided, so you'll be able to handle every call confidently and provide exceptional customer service. The role is not sales-related, but you will have realistic key performance indicators to meet.

Our working hours are on a rotational basis that cover the hours of 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, which supports our commitment to a healthy work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities/Expectations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve members' telephone enquiries, based on a competent working knowledge of the pension schemes, gained through our in-house training programme
  • Excellent attendance and time-keeping
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above
  • Ability to form good working relationships
  • Applicants must have resided in the UK for at least 5 years
