Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pension Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our training team. Your duties will include tracking training requirements, liaising with employees and training providers to book training and courses, and managing data input. Experience working within a training department or a similar environment is advantageous.

What You'll Get in Return

This is a permanent position offering a salary of £25,000, 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays, pension, and free parking. Other benefits include cycle to work, child care vouchers, and holiday buying. You will work full-time with flexible working hours. Once you are fully trained and comfortable working alone, you will be able to take advantage of our hybrid model, which typically involves working 2-3 days per week from home.
