We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team at the Crown Commercial Service.

Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient and effective support to customers via telephone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer enquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Degree level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with CRM software and systems
