Customer Service Resolution Specialist

At Barclays Bank PLC, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a BA3 Specialist Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and guidance through various communication channels.
We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate empathy, understanding, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You'll work in a supportive team with excellent mentors who will provide full training and guide you to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in this role.
Key responsibilities include provision of customer service, execution of customer service requirements, collaboration with teams across the bank, identification of areas for improvement, and development and implementation of customer care procedures and controls.
You'll also be responsible for resolving specific customer inquiries and issues related to the bank's products and services, including account balances, transactions, and payments. Development and execution of reports and presentations on customer care performance are also key aspects of this role.
The salary for this position is £26,500 per annum.
