Barclays Bank PLC is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Resolution Specialist to join our Wavertree team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while resolving more complex customer needs and requests.

You'll work closely with teams across the bank to align and integrate customer care processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement customer care procedures and controls.

Key responsibilities include provision of customer service through various communication channels, execution of customer service requirements, collaboration with teams, and resolution of specific customer inquiries and issues.

As a Customer Service Resolution Specialist, you'll be expected to communicate sensitive or difficult information to customers, build relationships with stakeholders, and identify and address their needs.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £26,500.
