About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our Retail Banking team at Barclays Bank PLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and handling client requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Provision of personalized customer service through multiple communication channels.
  • Support the collaboration of teams including sales, operational, and risk management teams.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer care.

Analyst Expectations

  • Execute work requirements as identified in processes and procedures.
  • Check work of colleagues within team to meet internal and stakeholder requirements.
  • Provide specialist advice and support pertaining to own work area.
  • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work owned or contributed to.

Requirements
