About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking payments from customers and updating their records accordingly.
  • Using webchat and email to support customers online.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic numeracy skills and ability to perform basic math calculations.
