As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via chat to provide prompt, polite, and informative support. You will maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and comprehensive assistance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong command of grammar and spelling, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driving license is also required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support and assistance through in-person and real-time chat interactions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies
  • Engage with customers via chat to provide prompt, polite, and informative support
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns with empathy and professionalism

Salary and Benefits:
