Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record of managing customer concerns and resolving issues.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Basic software proficiency.
