- Support customers through multiple channels while adhering to company communication standards.
- Assist hosts and partners with questions or requests regarding the platform and upcoming experiences.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Host and Partner Support: Assist hosts and partners with questions or requests related to the platform and experiences.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with customers, hosts, and partners through various channels.
- 4+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to work independently in a home office environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
- Experience working with a CRM system.
- 100% remote work arrangement.
- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (based on location and experience).
