About the Role:
  • Provide timely solutions to customer inquiries related to Cozymeal's services.
  • Support customers through multiple channels while adhering to company communication standards.
  • Assist hosts and partners with questions or requests regarding the platform and upcoming experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  2. Host and Partner Support: Assist hosts and partners with questions or requests related to the platform and experiences.
  3. Communication: Maintain open communication with customers, hosts, and partners through various channels.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to work independently in a home office environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
  • Experience working with a CRM system.
