We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Lead within our retail division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote our products and services to customers, fostering strong relationships and building trust.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, providing empathetic and solutions-driven responses.
  • Monitor and maintain high shop standards, contributing to a positive and welcoming store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is estimated to be around £12.50, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Work Schedule: Our stores operate from Monday to Sunday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate varying customer needs and preferences. This includes weekends and bank holidays, with key holders responsible for managing store openings and closures.
