Insurance Policy Resolution Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Policy Resolution Expert to join our team at Acorn Insurance. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our policyholders via phone, email, and webchat.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer queries, making changes to policies, and ensuring that all customer records are updated accurately. You will also be expected to identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and a one-call resolution.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in customer service and gain experience in the insurance industry. The estimated salary for this role is £24,255-£25,876 per annum, plus up to £2,000 performance-related bonus per annum.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve complex customer queries about their insurance policies
- Make changes to customers' insurance policies
- Provide accurate information to customers about their insurance policy
- Deal with customer queries over direct debit payments
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and a one-call resolution
- Ensure all customer records are updated accurately
