As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries, and making changes to customers' insurance policies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will also require a positive attitude, high levels of accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
