The Health & Safety Partnership is seeking a talented Construction Compliance Specialist to join their team and help drive business success through effective compliance management.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality compliance services to clients, including conducting site visits, reviewing project plans, and providing expert advice on building regulations and safety protocols.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless delivery of compliance services and develop new business opportunities.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with building regulations and safety protocols
  • Review project plans to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Provide expert advice to clients on building regulations and safety protocols
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
