Job Overview

The Health & Safety Partnership is seeking an experienced Construction Compliance Specialist to join their team in the Midlands and North regions. This role involves working on various projects, including education, healthcare, industrial, infrastructure, and new build housing.

This position requires a high level of expertise in Building Regulations and the ability to provide guidance to clients, contractors, and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the design and construction process and be able to inspect properties at key stages.

Duties:

  • Conducting plan reviews and design assessments to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.
  • Delivering technical advice to clients, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Maintaining high-quality project outputs and deliverables.
  • Inspecting properties and buildings at key stages of the design process.
  • Assisting in contributing to and developing bid submissions and fee proposals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a construction-related field, preferably in architecture or a related subject.
  • Membership to RICS, CABE, or CIOB.

Estimated Salary: £52,500 - £57,000 per annum, depending on experience.
