The Health and Safety Partnership requires a highly skilled Construction Compliance Advisor to oversee the implementation of the Building Safety Act.

The successful candidate will have experience in residential building safety and be able to advise clients on building safety matters and develop documentation.

Responsibilities include experience of working with (implementing, improving, developing) safety management systems. The ideal candidate should also have experience in writing and implementing a resident engagement strategy, as well as knowledge and experience in writing building safety cases and reports. Demonstrable experience of statutory compliance for building and fire safety is essential.

The company offers flexible working arrangements and welcomes conversations on how this role could work for you. The estimated salary range for this position is £42k-£52k, plus an excellent benefits package that includes a car allowance, pension scheme, training opportunities, healthcare, 28 days' annual leave, and additional perks.
